智能门窗系统的虚拟设计

基于智能门窗系统主要由电机、减速器、变压器、控制盒、皮带轮以及窗框组成。电机、减速装置、带轮固定在窗框上,通过遥控器对控制盒的调节,控制带轮带动齿形带回转,齿形带带动单扇窗水平移动,从而实现窗户的智能化控制。

  智能门窗系统在设计时采用基于装配的参数化设计,装配模型的结构为树状分级装配结构,总装配模型由若干个了装配模型及零件组成,各个装配模型由下一级了装配模型及零件组成,依此类推直到最后一级装配。
